MEET MICHELLE

Michelle D. Terry (LCSW, MPA) is a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist in private practice specializing in the treatment of teens and adults. Michelle has 20 years of experience as a social work clinician and supervisor. Since 2013, Michelle has also worked for Pathways to Leadership as a Clinical Social Work Supervisor, responsible for teaching, training and supervising school-based clinicians (MSW’s) and social work graduate students.  During this time, Michelle has provided one on one training to over 60 students affiliated with institutions such as New York University, Columbia University, Fordham University and Hunter to name a few.  Before taking some time off from her career to raise a family, Michelle was a Clinical Social Worker and therapist from 1997 to 2005 at Hospital for Joint Diseases in Manhattan (now known as NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital) and Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in Queens.  Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.  She holds a Masters in Social Work and Masters in Public Health from New York University and graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA in Criminal Justice.  Michelle lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
